Our Brand

Cotton expertise, fabric diversity.

Nicoletta produces underwear, pajama and homewear collections for women, men and children. Cotton products are our core expertise.

Alongside cotton, we offer bamboo and modal tank tops, polyamide women's briefs and boxers, and polyester-blend fabrics depending on the collection. Our collections are on display at our showroom in Laleli, Istanbul; wholesale customers and private label requests each have a dedicated application channel.

Production

Our Production Process

The main stages from fabric to package, in frames from our company film.

  1. Fabric rolls

    Fabric selection & preparation

    Fabric rolls are prepared for production and laid out layer by layer on the spreading machine.

  2. Automatic cutting table

    Cutting

    Patterns are prepared digitally; the fabric is cut on an automatic cutting table.

  3. Elastic stitching

    Sewing

    Pieces are assembled on the sewing lines; elastic and edge stitching is done on machines suited to the job.

  4. Barcode product labels

    Quality control & labelling

    Production is monitored throughout and products are marked with barcode labels. Fabrics are regularly tested for AZO dyes and harmful chemicals.

  5. Bagging finished products

    Packaging

    Products are folded and bagged, ready for shipment.

  • OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100

    Our product packaging carries the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 mark.

  • AZO & harmful-chemical tests

    Our fabrics are regularly tested for AZO dyes and harmful chemicals.
